We're looking for strong, creative, visual and technical ability alongside a passion for creating high quality realistic assets.
Responsibilities
- Creation of Organic game-ready AAA art assets
- A strong understanding of the broader Foliage and art creation process
- Supplementing briefs with your own research and ideas while ensuring delivery of core requirements
- Realistic Foliage for game & VR and PBR texturing,
- Working from concept, models and images to turn them into final pieces.
Requirements
- High proficiency in Blender, Max , Maya or equivalent packages. Blender strongly Preferable
- Experience with Speedtree, Plant Factory, Zbrush, Unreal and Substance Painter
- Able to adopt best practices including reporting on progress, risks, and issues.
- Good understanding of what makes a believable foliage and creating a sense of growth.
- An eye for detail while maintaining efficient vegetation assets.
- Strong communication skills, updating leads of every step and every hurdle.
- Problem solving skills, Doing some research and willingness to find solutions.
